Pricing& Fees
We offer straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. You will pay a deposit when placing an order to hold your spot and to ensure we receive all of our linen back. Other than that, you will only be charged for the pieces you are renting and a set up+delivery fee if you choose that option. No EPA fee, fuel charge, or surcharge ever.
All rentals are final once invoiced and deposit is received. Unused linens will not be refunded and cancellation within:
-7 days of event will be charged 50% of invoice total
-48 hours will be charged 100% of invoice total
Deposit
Once you have your numbers and date finalized for your rental, an invoice will be created and you will be charged a deposit that is 50% of your order total. This deposit will be fully refunded upon rental return as long as every piece of linen is returned and not damaged. Linen replacement costs depend on size, and regular wear and tear or stains will not incur charges. Only missing or destroyed linen.
Service Area
Delivery is offered to Dayton, Greater Cincinnati area, as well as Northern Kentucky for a variable fee depending on distance. Any order can be picked up with no charge.
Bulk Pricing
Price breaks are offered at certain thresholds, venues or event centers looking for contract pricing, please email alexa@curatedclassicsrentals.com
